Here we try to answer all your questions before your excursion.

Does every excursion require a waiver?
Yes. To speed up the check-in process you can print it out ahead and complete everything EXCEPT FOR the signatures which must be done in person at the shop in order for us to comply with the requirements of our insurance. Click here to download the waiver. ***WAIVERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STORE!

Where can I go?
Beautiful Seabridge park is located through the harbor and has a playground, park, restroom, and swim area. Trinidad Park is also a great place to visit while traveling through the harbor. If you are looking to paddle to get food, Peter's Landing has restaurants and shops, perfect for when you get hungry.

Is it challenging?
It is not challenging. If you feel that standing on a paddleboard is not for you, you can kneel or sit on the board and paddle your way through the harbor.

Will I need a towel?
Probably. While you may not need it, there's no harm in being over prepared.

Is there food nearby?
Yes! There is The Pocket Burger Shack right across the street, and many other restaurants along PCH that are only a short walk away.

What wildlife will I see?
It really depends on the day but some of the wildlife include stingrays, jellyfish, dolphins, sea turtles, seals, and birds.

What happens if I lose the equipment?
We understand that equipment does not last forever, but if you are to lose something, below are the costs to replace the equipment.

  • Seats - $34
  • Fins - $25
  • Kayak paddles - $40
  • Paddle board paddles - $50

How long do people stay out on the water?
Typically people spend 2 - 3 hours on the water, but we encourage you to stay out for as long as your heart desires.

Are there discounts for large groups?
Yes! Call ahead and find out more.

Do we offer an early bird special?
Yes! $5 off all rentals before 10:30 am weekdays. Come paddle and kayak for only $15!

Can a child fit on the board?
Yes! Kids can sit on the front of others boards, or get their own.

Are life vests required?
Life Vests are required to be on every board and kayak, however if you are over 13 years old, you are not required to wear one.

Can I bring my fishing gear?
Yes! Our kayaks have rod holders, perfect for a fishing adventure.

Are there Duffy boats available?
No. We offer Kayak and Paddleboard rentals, but do not have Duffy boats available.

Where do I park?
There is street parking in front of the store, and parking along Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). All parking is first come first serve so plan accordingly.

What happens if I get lost?
We offer maps before you leave to help so you do not get lost, but if you get lost, give us a call, and we will send someone to help you find your way back.
